I’m guessing she was born between 9:02-9:05, making her 25-28 years old. Leliana was subsequently born in Orlais, meaning she can’t be any older than 28. Leliana: Leliana’s mother, Oisine, went to Orlais with Lady Cecille after Ferelden won the rebellion, which was in 9:02.
This means she was born around 9:03-9:04, making her around 26-27 years old. This leads me to estimate she was probably around 16-17 in 9:20. Morrigan: A templar hunting mages once spotted Morrigan at “no more than twelve years of age.” She then didn’t reappear until “a number of years later” in 9:20 as a young woman.
